Law in transition – 2004: Competition law and policy

Globalisation and economic integration are changing the nature of competition across the region. This issue of Law in transition focuses on the development and enforcement of competition law and policy. In particular, it reviews institutional and legal frameworks, competition authorities, appeal mechanisms, enforcement measures and sanctions in the transition countries.
