On 12 and 13 February, 2003, the French Minister for Europe, Noëlle Lenoir, launched the 'Meetings for Europe' in Quimper. This was the first stage of a tour of France by the Minister over the course of the year, the purpose of which would be to involve the French people more closely in the debate about the Future of Europe. |
