More and more French citizens wish to stay in their homes as long as possible. Moreover, there is a political ambition to adapt the habitat both to the young and the elderly. Recent reflection on the support systems of adaptation of houses in decadency: will to maintain the elderly at home by adapting it to their needs. Several experiments conducted in the territory (including social landlords).
