La ‘Comisión Soto’ entrega a Piqué sus conclusiones [The Soto Commission hands over its conclusions to Piqué]

The Study Commission for the Development of the Information Society in Spain (CDSI), which is presided over by Juan Soto, handed over the conclusions of its study and its report on the Information Society to Josep Piqué, the Spanish Minister for Science and Technology on 28 March 2003. The report, entitled 'Making the most of the opportunities presented by the Information Society in Spain' was formally presented on 1 April 2003.
