Justice ministers have pledged to crack down on cyber crime with new laws to combat Internet fraudsters, computer hackers and child pornographers

In discussions at an informal meeting last weekend, ministers agreed to try to draft rules to thwart criminals who exploit differences in national computer crime laws to strike across borders with impunity.
