Jewish leaders split over EU report on anti-Semitism

A report, 'Manifestations of anti-Semitism in the EU 2002-3003', published by the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC) on 31 March 2004 has been greeted with both praise and criticism by Jewish leaders. The President of the European Jewish Congress welcomed the authors' efforts in raising awareness of increasing anti-Semitism.
