Italy plans new wiretap curbs in wake of Fazio case

Following the publication of damaging conversations of Antonio Fazio, the Bank of Italy Governor now under pressure to resign, Italy is preparing new restrictions on the use of investigative wiretaps. The proposals have alarmed anti-terrorism magistrates.
