It is the EU Constitution and we must have a referendum on it

United Kingdom Shadow Europe Minister, Mark Francois, makes clear the case that the Reform Treaty is the EU Constitution by another name and the Government is attempting to sign Britain up to the text without any democratic mandate whatsoever. Given that Labour’s 2005 General election manifesto clearly promised the people of Britain a referendum on the EU Constitution, the electorate must be allowed to have their say.
