The Irish and the Maltese Patent Offices, in December 2010, decided to adopt the harmonised list of goods and services for trade marks as drawn up by the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM). This is part of a project to create a common list, with approved translations, accepted by participating EU trade mark offices and other international partners.
