Inquiry into the transposition of EU directives

The European and External Relations Committee of the Scottish Parliament, at its meeting on 30 October 2007, agreed to conduct an inquiry into the transposition of EU directives in Scotland. The primary aim of the inquiry was to build on the work of the predecessor committee’s inquiry into the scrutiny of European legislation.
