Informal consultation on the 3rd EC money laundering directive

This document is a guide to the forthcoming third Money Laundering Directive. It highlights some of the key proposals and seeks to illicit feedback from the sectors affected on the practical implications, costs and benefits. The European Commission is due to publish its formal proposal for the directive in late June 2004. Closing date for responses: 18 June 2004.
