This consultation seeks views on how the Consumer Protection Regulation should be implemented in the United Kingdom. This includes discussion of which bodies should be directly involved in the cross-border network; the enforcement powers these bodies will need; and how the consumer protection community can effectively co-operate to tackle cross border infringements of consumer laws.
