Implementation and arrangements for national frameworks of qualifications and the role of stakeholders and institutions: An ETF working document

This working document is a background study for the conference, ‘Qualifications frameworks: from concepts to implementation’ to be held on 6-7 October 2011 in Brussels.

The study is based on the experiences of ten countries around the globe: Australia, Chile, England, France, Kosovo, Malaysia, Morocco, Namibia, Tajikistan and Turkey. The document will be revised after the conference to include feedback from participants during the conference.
