Huge renewable energy growth this decade, if EU countries meet projections

A database on published National Renewable Energy Action Plans (NREAPs) was updated by the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN) in November 2011. It is accompanied by the (updated) report, 'Renewable energy projections as published in the National Renewable Energy Action Plans of the European Member States'.
