HRVP Mogherini meets with Foreign Minister Hoxhaj of Kosovo

On the 12 September 2016, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini, met with with Foreign Minister of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, in Brussels. They discussed the implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement that had entered into force in April 2016 and also mentioned the relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
