High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini meets UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative and Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya, Martin Kobler

On 15 November 2016, the HR/VP Federica Mogherini met in Brussels with the United Nation Secretary-General's Special Representative and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Martin Kobler.

They stressed the need to tackle the grave economic and financial crisis, and they welcomed the ongoing efforts aimed at endorsing the Presidency Council's control on the economy and finances which should enable it to deliver more services to the Libyan people.
