Hell is Europe talking globalisation

Commentary feature in which author argues that the European Union is not necessarily the appropriate body to be dealing with the challenges of globalisation. In the present context of EU policy competences, such challenges are better dealt with at the national Member State level (ie. different states need to do different things). The author argues that the eurozone (as opposed to the EU) could perhaps take effective action.
