This report is the result of a comprehensive effort by the European Institute of Medicine (EOM). It is headed by medical doctors and supported by relevant professional organisations. The EOM has additionally invited input and comments by experts in finance, administration, the pharmaceutical and biomedical industries, as well as from the European Commission, WHO, OECD and the World Bank. The report was compiled by a group of people under the chairmanship of Felix Unger. |
