Greek fund in legal move against Cyprus

A Greek investment company (Marfin Investment Group (MIG)) launched legal action against Cyprus in January 2013 over the nationalisation in 2012 of Popular Bank (Marfin) amid growing concern that investors and depositors will have to accept losses in a projected international bailout of Cypriot banks.
