Government borrowing and the Whole of Government Accounts

The United Kingdom: House of Commons: Committee of Public Accounts (PAC) published a report called Government borrowing and the Whole of Government Accounts in January 2018.

The Public Accounts Committee report said that the UK Government's high level of debt left little room for manoeuvre in public spending and the as yet unknown costs of Brexit placed a further limit on the Government's ability to react to further economic shocks.
