Global Europe: Full-employment Europe

The UK Chancellor, Gordon Brown, in October 2005, published the paper 'Global Europe: full-employment Europe'. It sets out proposals calling for major reforms to enable Europe to grow faster and tackle unemployment in the face of rapid global economic change.
