Germany ‘to use London conference to set strategy’

German Defence Minister, Karl–Theodor zu Guttenberg told the German daily newspaper, Leipziger Volkszeitung, that Germany would announce its own unilateral strategy for Afghanistan at the London Conference being held on 28 January 2010.
