Germany’s economy will grow by 3% in 2010, according to a sharply upward revised Bundesbank forecast issued in August 2010 as investors pushed the cost of borrowing by its government towards fresh record lows.

Separately, the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) said it expected record growth of 3.4% in 2010.
