Jean Monnet Project. The Commission has announced details of the Jean Monnet Project for 1998. The main new feature is the creation of twenty five Jean Monnet European Centres of Excellence, which aim to gather together all the host university's resources in European issues both within the university and at a regional level, in order to lend them greater visibility.
