General Affairs Council, 17 April 2018

A meeting of the General Affairs Council was held on 17 April 2018. The agenda includes the following items:

+ Discussion on the situation with the regard to the rule of law in Poland and the dialogue conducted between the Member States and the European Commission;

+ Discussion on amendments to the 1976 Electoral Law which lays down a number of common rules concerning elections to the European Parliament;

+ Presentation on the European Commission's enlargement package.
