Summary:

A meeting of the General Affairs Council (GAC) was held on 13 December 2022. The agenda included the following items:

• Adoption of conclusions on enlargement and the EU-Western Balkans stabilisation and association process;
• Adoption of general approach on draft Regulation on the transparency and targeting of political advertising;

• Adoption of a joint declaration on the EU legislative priorities for 2023-2024.
