Gadhafi slams EU’s Africa policy at Libya summit

At the start of a two-day EU-Africa summit in Tripoli, November 2010, Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi urged more EU support for African countries to tackle illegal migration to Europe, or face becoming 'black'.
