French minister lashes out at Ashton Ukraine visit

EurActiv reports that France's Defence Minister, Hervé Morin, criticised the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, on the 25 February 2010 for attending the inauguration of Ukraine's President rather than chairing a meeting of EU Defence Ministers.
