Framework Programme 2013-2016: Nordic Co-operation on Fisheries and Aquaculture, Agriculture, Food and Forestry

The framework programme states the orientation of the Nordic political co-operation in fisheries and aquaculture, agriculture, food and forestry in the period 2013–2016 within the Nordic Council of Ministers.

The framework programme presents opportunities and describes the main challenges in the area. The programme for the Presidency in each year will specify and supplement the framework programme. Together, the two programmes comprise the plan of action for the co-operation. The framework programme also observes the priorities and strategies in the Nordic Council of Ministers that are established by the prime ministers, ministers for co-operation and other councils of ministers when working with themes and issues within which MR-FJLS can contribute.
