Four countries face pressure over bank secrecy

Vincent Mazauric, Chairman of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's Harmful Tax Practices Forum, predicted on 22 March 2004 that Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland will come under increasing pressure inside the OECD to lift their banking secrecy regimes.
