Date: 18/07/1996 Visitors to the European Parliament's vast, glitzy Espace Leopold complex are having no trouble finding their way to the new building, even though no one has bothered to put up any signs to point them in the right direction. This is because a sign already exists - a profile of a dinosaur, intended to direct visitors to the nearby dinosaur museum. So far, there have been no complaints from lost and bewildered museum-bound tourists who end up in the wrong place - perhaps they have not been able to spot the difference. |
