This report presents an overview of discussions on policy issues in education finance that policymakers and VET experts from Albania, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo and Montenegro had in the context of the ETF 2006 peer learning project. During their visits to Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro, the peers concluded that all countries are facing similar problems, but they are each trying to solve them in different ways. |
