In the context of better implementation of European structural funding in France, Jean-Paul Delevoye, the French Minister for Public Service, Reform of the State and of National and Regional Development and Michel Barnier, the European Commissioner for Regional Policy and Institutional Reform, attended a meeting in Nantes on 14 February 2003, of the committee responsible for the implementation of Objective 2 funding in the Pays de la Loire region.
