Federica Mogherini on the passing of Shimon Peres

The European Union's High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy published a statement on 28 September 2016 regarding the passing of Shimon Peres.

Throughout his life, Mr Peres was President and Prime Minister of Israel and is considered as one of the 'founding fathers' of the state.
