Fazio sees Italy’s exports stagnating amid zero economic growth

Comments by the Italian National Central Bank's Governor, Antonio Fazio. He announced that Italy's economy, which is increasingly seen as the weakest link in the 12-nation eurozone, would not grow at all in 2005 and that its budget deficit would increase to about 4 per cent of gross domestic product.
