The European Commission will present in November 2010 a 'menu' of options for reforming the CAP. Based on the answers it receives from Member States, the European Parliament and stakeholders, the Commission will then table a formal proposal in the middle of 2011. The new regime will start in 2014, together with the reformed EU budget framework for the period 2014-2021.
