Existing case-law on compliance with data protection laws and principles in the Member States of the European Union

The aim of the study is to assess what types of remedies, liabilities, sanctions and other measures currently adopted by Member States are most effective in ensuring compliance with data protection rules and principles in practice. In this interim study the investigation covers the Netherlands, UK and Germany.
