Execution of Mr Ahmad Najib Aris in Malaysia

On the 27 September 2016, the European Union released a statement condemning the execution of Mr Ahmad Najib Aris in Malaysia. The Member States of the Union are opposed to the use of the capital punishment under any circumstances and call on to its universal abolition worldwide.
