Ex post evaluation of the 2011 European Capitals of Culture (Tallinn and Turku)

Summary:

This report puts forward the Commission's position on the main conclusions and recommendations of the external evaluation of 2011 European Capitals of Culture.

The external evaluation first evaluated individually the two European Capitals of Culture, Tallinn and Turku. It then compared findings and reached conclusions valid for both cities and the ECOC Action.
