Summary: This report provides an overview of the European Social Fund investment as well as the key findings and lessons from the ESF 2007-2013 ex post Evaluation: Access and sustainable integration into employment (VC/2014/0526). The evaluation was conducted between 2014 and 2015 and is complemented by two further ex post evaluations focusing on the other key ESF priorities of ‘Investment in Human Capital’ and ‘Supporting the Integration of Disadvantaged Groups into Labour Market and Society’. The Priority Axes of all the ESF OPs have been allocated to one of the thematic ex post evaluations (except for promoting partnerships and strengthening institutional capacity which will be treated in the Evaluation Synthesis). |
