Europeans seek to cut Fifa from transfer talks

Europe's 13 football leagues want to exclude Fifa from negotiations with the European Commission on the future of the player transfers. The Commission wants to reform the transfers system in response to concerns that it contravenes European Union principles on the free movement of workers.
