European Social Charter. Short guide

The aim of this publication is to give both concise and accurate information on the Social Charter's functioning and supervisory machinery, as well as the main subject areas of the European Committee of Social Rights' case law. In addition, an important part of the book addresses directly the Social Charter's influence in the States having ratified it or now preparing for ratification. It is completed by practical information, including in particular answers to frequently asked questions about the Social Charter.
