Abstract:
This book gives a comprehensive look at the different real estate markets in Europe, with a thorough description of the various sectors: residential, offices, retail, and industrial and logistic.

In each category both the development and investment sides are covered. The financing side of the industry is also fully detailed, including the origination side (mortgage lending) and the funding of the institutions (securitisation and capital markets).
