This paper assesses economic reform and developments in each of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) countries. In addition to the country-specific sections, this issue focuses on economic growth in the ENP countries. The growth analysis shows that reducing the income gap with the EU will require sustained investment and productivity gains in the ENP countries which can only be achieved through an improvement in the investment climate. |
