First Minister Rhodri Morgan was in Carmarthen 10 October 2008 to discuss the impact that EU enlargement has had in Wales on language, culture, migration and globalisation. It was the latest meeting of the Wales Forum on Europe. The Wales Forum on Europe is held twice a year in locations across Wales to raise awareness of European Union issues in Wales. |
