European Investment Plan: President Juncker’s next steps

In November 2014, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker announced his investment plan to kick-start the European economy (a previous blog post looked at these initial plans, and what opportunities they may hold for Wales). Since then, further details have emerged. The European Commission has begun the legislative process required to put some of these plans into action and politicians in the National Assembly for Wales and the European Parliament have had the chance to discuss the proposals with officials from the European Commission.
