European Development Fund (EDF): forecasts of commitments, payments and contributions from Member States for 2017, 2018, 2019 and non-binding forecast for the years 2020-2021

This Communication sets out the financial implementation forecasts of the EDFs (8th to 11th) for 2017 until 2019. In addition, the document draws a non-binding estimation for the EDF contributions from the Member States for the years 2020 and 2021.

The Communication is accompanied by a Proposal for a Council Decision on the financial contributions to be paid by Member States to finance the European Development Fund, including the ceiling for 2019, the annual amount for 2018, the first instalment for 2018 and an indicative and non-binding forecast for the expected annual amounts of contributions for the years 2020 and 2021 [see Related URL].
