European Council, 18 October 2018

Summary:

Heads of State and Government met on 18 October 2018 for a summit of the European Council, followed by the Euro Summit in an inclusive format. On the previous day, EU leaders addressed Brexit (in an EU27 format). The agenda includes the following items:
