Europe issues 20-year aviation plan

The European aviation industry put forward a €100bn strategic research agenda for the next 20 years on 12 November 2002. The plan was launched by the Advisory Council for Aeronautics Research (ACARE) in Europe at the European Research Conference in Brussels which ran from 11-13 November 2002.
