The Committee of the Regions in collaboration with the European Commission has prepared a second edition of this very popular publication, which provides an overall picture of the information and good practices currently available on the Europe 2020 Strategy with all its seven flagship initiatives. The purpose of this handbook is to inform and to support local and regional authorities with the implementation of the Strategy, and to capitalise on good examples and on the power of shared knowledge and mutual learning. |
